2013年新たなインディペンデント・レーベルとしてスタートしたT5Jazz Recordsが、素敵なオトナたちがクリスマスを過ごすためのジャズ・アルバムとして企画しました。

参加アーティストは小沼ようすけ(g)、金子雄太(org)、佐津間純(g)、菅野浩(sax)、高田みち子(vo)、菱山正太(p)と言うボーダーレスで活躍する人気・実力を兼ね備えたアーティストたち。曲は誰もが知るクリスマス・スタンダード、そしてサウンドはいい音でかつ極めてシンプルな編成による演奏。音楽はメロディとハーモニー、そんな単純な良さを味わえるアルバムに仕上げました。

ジャケットのイラストはNHKでお馴染みの「でこぼこフレンズ」「ぜんまいざむらい」や東京ス カイツリーの公式キャラクター「ソラカラちゃん」を手がける人気クリエイターユニットm&kのk こと鍬本良太郎氏。
