German soldiers' love song composed in 1937 by Herms Niel (1888-1954). Performed by the composer himself and his Band of the State Labour Service (from Potsdam); the uncredited singers are probably the "4 lustigen Jungens" (Rudi Schuricke's quartet). Recorded in Berlin, 1938.
