CLEAR GEL RETEST: 9mm +P PolyCase/Ruger ARX

This update to the original 9mm +P PolyCase/Ruger ARX review provides some missing data points and will hopefully enhance your evaluation of the ammo. The focus is on the pass-through shots in the clear block. We're going to do this with two blocks back-to-back and check the outcome.

Advertised velocity is 1445 FPS; 5-shot average from the Glock 19 was 1420 FPS.
