撮影：2013年２月8日　石川県「白峰ゆきだるままつり」白山市では桑島地区と白峰地区の住人たちが手がけた雪ダルマが勢揃う「雪だるままつり」が、２月の日付けを別に開催される。夕方17時から21時までライトアップされ、ロウソクの灯りが雪ダルマをほのかに照らし出すと幻想的な世界に誘われる。

Snowman Festival in Shiramine
Every year, the village of Shiramine, located deep in the mountains of Hakusan, hosts a snowman festival.
Approximately 3000 Snowman, handmade by the villagers in all shapes and sizes, line the streets of shiramine. In the evening, the insides of the snowman are illuminated with candles creating a magical atmosphere. Shiramine is a district lying at the foot of Mt.Hakusan and sometimes the snow here is 3m deep.
