Filmed at the 2007 Sacramento Jazz Jubilee (Memorial Day Weekend), Vince Bartels' Migrant Jazz Workers featured these four band members on "Tenderly," a lovely ballad by Walter Gross/Jack Lawrence: Russ Phillips (trombone), Eddie Higgins (piano), and Jennifer Leitham (bass).
